PCB Layout Tools

MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

We have state-of-the-art manufacturing operation certified by ISO 9001:2015. We use these facilities and advanced equipment to manufacture ODM and OEM products according to industry standards.

The majority of engineers and staff in our manufacturing factory have more than 15 years of experience.

We provide a complete integrated manufacturing process, including electronics design, SMT, assembly, conformal coating, AOI, and in-house electrical testing.

SMT Line

SMT (Surface Mount Technology)

We have an ISO 9001︰2015 certified manufacturing process and three SMT lines, including︰automatic Loaders, automatic Solder Paste Screen Printer, SPI_Solder Paste Inspection machine, SMT error prevention system, Mounters, Reflow ovens, and automatic Unloader for fully automatic SMT production process.

Production Line

PCBA from SMT Division are tested in our production line. We use in-house designed ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) for comprehensive electrical and functional tests of PCBA.

The production line also provides hand soldering process for PTH components. The components such as connectors or large components (transformers, chokes, large capacitors, etc.) have wires or leads, coming out of the sides or bottom are soldered into PCBA by skillful operators.

AOI

The automatic optical inspection (AOI) equipment scans the image of the device and the soldering condition through the CCD camera by optical method. Solder paste, solder joints and electronic components on the PCBA board are inspected to find out if there are any defects such as cold soldering, missing components, or short circuit. We have three AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment in our factory.
The use of AOI in SMT process is for precise PCBA board inspection. Especially for high-density and complex surface mount PCBAs. The AOI test procedure is quick and accurate, reducing the large amount comparing to visual inspection time by operator and improving quality significantly during SMT process.

TESTING TECHNOLOGY

Our Technology Center builds in-house test system for PCM and BMS sample electrical parameter characterization and design verification.
Advanced turnkey ATE are developed to meet high speed testing requirement for PCM/BMS modules during mass production.
Smart BMS Test System is developed for SMbus programming and calibration.
